Fall 2017 Adult/Senior Classes Schedule

Below is the Fall offering of adult/senior classes hosted by the Boys & Girls Club of Cumberland-Lincoln. All classes are free with a membership with the club.
To participate in the classes without a membership can be done with day passes. Below is the prices for day passes. 
1 Day Pass: $7
5 Passes: $30
10 Passes: $50
Seniors Age 62+ Receive 10% off all day passes

Water Aerobics, Monday-Friday @8:00 am

Sculpt and tone your body with a combination of low impact cardio and resistance training using water weights. This class will help increase your energy, range of motion and mobility. 

It will also help you reduce the stress on your joints while strengthening your heart. 

Walk & Tone, Tuesday @9:00 am

Walk & tone combines walking with intervals of upper body strengthening exercises that will tone your body and strengthen your heart.

Water Walking Fridays, Friday @10:00 am

Gentle Water Walking increases flexibility and range of motion in joints. This class provides great conditioning for your heart and strengthening.

Boot Camp for Baby Boomers, Thursdays at 6:30 pm

This is an intense, fun, and easy on the joints workout that includes a dynamic warm-up followed by a high energy training circuit. Enjoy 20 minutes balance and focus cool-down which will complement the circuit of the day! Sneakers and a mat recommended.  

Yoga & Pilates, Tuesdays @6:30 pm

Yoga is an innocent art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind, and spirit. Continued practice of yoga will lead to a sense of peace and well being.
